Join Rachel Macintyre of M3Yogi and DJ Fox-n-Buck for an extra special morning of deep house yoga flow, intention setting and fundraising for Urban Roots!!
This donation-based practice is all levels and everyone is welcome! Please bring your mat, a pen to write with and anything else you would like to be comfortable!
